The band comprises of soulful lead singer Bec Crispin who has been gigging in various bands in the area for over 10 years, local legend Matt Cook on lead guitar who's technical ability as a guitarist is second to none. Jo Barnett adds funky bass and Toby adds rhythm with congas and drums. Fred Ansall is our versitile swiss army musician, he can put his hand to most musical instruments but mainly plays a beautiful Hammond Organ, old school keyboards and supports Matt with guitars on the rockier numbers in our set. New to the fold is Jack who plays sax and trombone.
 
Bec's brother Ben (AKA MC Benny C - South West MC of the Year 2009!) adds a new dimension to the band with his lyrical genius and boundless energy. Usually found at the front of drum and bass events such as NASS festival, BOARDMASTERS festival and THE GLADE festival with the mic in his hand Ben is known for his unique way of getting the crowd going.

They are versatile in their approach to gigs and can be scaled down to 2 members for vocal and acoustic sets (good for weddings during the day!) but sound at their best when all 6/7 members are in tow and sometimes even a few extra bodies to add interest (usually Tim & Nige with their bongos, djembes and congas!)
 
The group have years of gigging experience between them (20 years Joe, 10 years Bec, 15 years Matt) and can count 3 fully qualified grade 8 music teachers (Matt, Jak & Tobes), 1 nationally recognised MC (Benj) as full time members of the blue crew!
 
They have built up quite a following and pack out most venues they play (just ask Terry at the Creeks End or Paul at the live lounge!) and are suited to Pubs Clubs or Festivals, but also go down well at Private parties, Functions and Weddings where their resident DJ Sean Holland can be added to ensure quality funky sounds right through the event.
